Croatian Mathematical Diaspora

Numerous Croatian mathematicians are scattered throughout the world,
on many universities outside of Croatia. By a Croatian mathematician we
mean any mathematician whose origin or education are at least in part
related to Croatia. Majority of them started their math. education at
the University of Zagreb. Some of them have world's reputation in their
respective fields. We do not restrict ourselves only to contemporary mathematicians.
The aim of this page is to show that we did not forget our colleagues.
We want to provide this list to broader public, both in Croatia and abroad.
Of course, the aim is also to promote closer ties between Croatian math.
diaspora and the math. community of Croatia.
